Significant Other bikes channel lived experience and tell stories, with each showpiece carrying Ashley's (the fabricator) perspective forward as a quiet imprint of where she’s come from and where she’s heading. That idea sits at the heart of the Ded Reckin, a bike named for the art of locating yourself by accounting for where you've already been. It contains elements from every part of Ashley’s fabrication journey while reflecting her evolving aesthetic, the friendships formed along the way, and the trails she is riding now.
The Ded Reckin celebrates her history while pointing clearly forward. It marks a shift from one-off customs to competitively priced production models that still read as showpieces and are still designed with her team and welded by her in her studio.
True to its name, this is a bike built from the miles behind, and hungry for the ones ahead.
Build + Mod Options
The Preorder 2 Ded Reckin can be purchased as frame-only, frame+shock, or frame+shock+fork+headset. In an effort to keep things manageable in this one-woman shop, there is no longer a full build option.

Prosise Metal Works Machining Mod
The machined parts on the stock frame (the rocker, lower shock mounts, main pivot bolt, and co-axial brake mount) are made by my machining partner in China. When selecting this mod, those parts will be manufactured by Prosise Metal Works in Colorado instead.
Custom(ish) Geo Mod
If you have a set of stack and reach numbers that work best for you and none of the stock sizes feel close enough, choose the custom stack and reach mod. With this mod, you provide your stack and reach numbers and choose a long or short rear triangle.

More Bosses
The Ded Reckin comes stock with 5 bosses along the top of the downtube for cable routing and 1 bottle cage. If you’d prefer additional storage and mounts, you can add 2-3 bosses underneath your downtube, 2 on top of your top tube or both!
